Birth preparation (in German)

Weekendcourse with your partner (Sat & Sun)

I am currently offering weekend antenatal courses (in German!) together with my colleague Stefanie Friedrich. The following dates are planned:

For pregnant women, the course is covered by statutory health insurance, Partner fee: €120 (reimbursed in full or in part by most health insurance companies).

Postpartum/ Pelvic Floor Exercises:

postpartum exercising without your baby (evening course)

This course is planned without you bringing your baby so that you can concentrate 100% on yourself and use the time for yourself and your well-being. The course is held in German.

start: at the earliest 6-8 weeks after birth

costs: The costs are covered by statuory health insurance. !: For the course to by covered by your helath insurance it must be completed by the 9th month after birth.
